Shipping

We freight Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. We track our packages and can track your parcel until it's delivery. If you think your order is late or missing, please send us a message.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of your product please contact us so we can arrange a return and refund for you.

Once your product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you on the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and deposited into your account or a credit for future purchases can be arranged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for a different item please contact us to discuss.

Shipping Returns

For products that have been distributed on our delivery run we will be able to collect them the following month.  For items that have been shipped by courier please contact us to arrange return courier if necessary.

Shipping Pricing

Flat Rate $5 for all of NZ and FREE FREIGHT on all orders over $39.00.
